Avid Product Development – A NOCO Success Story

At NOCOM (Northern Colorado Manufacturing) 2020 tradeshow, Avid’s Doug Collins discussed how we pivoted operations to meet the needs of healthcare workers and minimize the spread of the pandemic with the design and manufacture of the Avid Face Shield.

Over 2.5 million Avid face shield frames have been manufactured worldwide using Multi Jet Fusion 3D Printing technology with the assistance of our partners in the HP Digital Manufacturing Network and by making the design freely available online. Thank you to everyone helping to make this possible and for producing critical personal protection equipment.

We are honored to be considered a Northern Colorado Manufacturing Success Story and wanted to share the video story showcasing our 3D printing operations.
